Over the past year I have had a hard time getting the same ingredients for some of our products. The Rejuvenating Mask is one product I have struggled with.
Some of the batches were a bit grainy and some of them didn't go on smoothly.
I'm learning that switching brands for some of the ingredients can really mess with the formula!
Thankfully I have figured out exactly what is needed to make the mask thick and smooth and it goes on beautifully. No more thin mask that spills when you open it, and no more weird aloe clumps.
If you have ordered the mask any time prior to August 2024 you most likely got a mask that the consistency was off. The mask still works and is very effective, just doesn't go on smoothly and is too thin in the jar.
